Finley spent 20 years as a pastor, working at Fellowship Bible Church of NW Arkansas. He worked with teenagers for 15 years, helping to train small group leaders and mentoring a younger generation within the church. After only 2 years on staff, he was appointed as a team leader where he eventually led a staff team of 10, tasked with weekly services and a full calendar of events year-round. During his last 5 years on church staff, Finley helped launch a new church campus location where he worked with young families, led the small groups team, and started a premarital equipping experience for engaged couples.
Finley knows that financial planning and investing hard-earned money is an emotional decision. Having spent years walking alongside families in both exciting and difficult seasons, he knows that only happens with someone you trust. He is supported by an experienced team of administrative and investment product specialists whose expertise partners well and allows him to develop long-term trust relationships with his clients.
Finley has been married to his summer camp sweetheart Brooke for 20+ years and has three children, Elle, Silas, and Maye. He believes time with family and friends is life to the fullest and enjoys playing golf, exercising, spending time on the lake, and cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks.
