How We Embrace NW Arkansas
Our local team has deep roots in Northwest Arkansas. After working extensively in the area with both group retirement plans and individual investors for many years, Prime Capital Financial formally opened an office in Fayetteville in 2018 with the acquisition of Longer Investments.
Fayetteville native Elaine Longer built Longer Investments as a pioneer in fiduciary wealth management, serving the community for more than thirty years with an excellent team behind her. At the time of the firm combination, current director Eric Krause moved to Fayetteville to integrate her practice and to continue growing Prime Capital Financial’s presence in Northwest Arkansas. The Longer Investments team was retained, and associates Tina Lamb, Angela Cothren, and Danielle Ballard expanded their roles and responsibilities. Ethan Workman joined the group as a research associate in 2019 and became a financial advisor in 2020 with a focus on financial planning for individual investors.
In late 2020, Eric met the team from Sphere Wealth Management, which was co-founded by John Paul in 2015. Along with partners and tenured financial advisors Keith Lea and Don Paul, John had taken a fresh approach to wealth management, embracing technology and engagement with clients across various forms of media. Together, Prime Capital Financial and Sphere quickly discovered their mutually aligned values, and most importantly, a transparent and client-centric approach. They decided a great synergy existed and combined teams in Fayetteville to move forward. Sphere integrated their practice with Prime Capital Financial in early 2021, and we now have an office together in our location in North Fayetteville.
Today we operate with what we believe is the right combination of “big firm resources” (backed by Prime Capital Financial’s infrastructure and more than $25 billion in assets under management) and local decision making tailored to individual client needs.
